Dan Maxwell

Dan Maxwell brings over 20 years of experience across CPG, retail, and commercial technology, specializing in trade promotion (TPM/TPO), pricing, and revenue growth management (RGM). He has helped organizations successfully adopt and scale these capabilities, with a practical understanding of what drives value and where implementations often fall short.

Dan has held senior leadership roles with leading platforms including T-Pro Solutions (Blacksmith), Visualfabriq, PSignite/CPGvision, Saama, and DemandTec (IBM). His experience spans go-to-market strategy, sales leadership, solution development, and client delivery, with contributions to multiple successful exits. He has also partnered closely with executive teams and investors on product strategy, positioning, and commercial scalability.

Earlier in his career, Dan spent 15+ years in the CPG industry in sales leadership, trade marketing, and category management. He led large teams and managed key retail relationships, including Walmart, Kroger, and Safeway.

He is known for bridging the gap between technology and real-world adoption—helping organizations turn capability into measurable business impact.
