With over 35 years in the CPG industry, Geoff has experience with all aspects of the supply chain ranging from large publicly held companies to smaller privately owned companies.  Since 2015 Geoff has consulted with food companies in roles of project management and as an expert in Supply Planning and Demand Planning.   Prior to 2015 Geoff held various supply chain and engineering roles at Kellogg Company, Keebler Company, President Baking, and Nabisco.

Geoff has consulted as a business process expert implementing best practices for planning and forecasting for multiple clients as diverse as a large family-owned wine manufacturer and a small fast-growing manufacturer of healthy food. He also helped some of these clients select and implement planning software.  Geoff assisted a large frozen foods manufacturer with several distribution and production network changes. He coordinated integration of a make-to-order business into a production network that is based on long batch runs.
