At Replan, as Director of Solutions Advisory, he brought AI-driven supply chain solutions to market, empowering companies with revenues ranging from $100M to $10B to achieve operational excellence. 

Shabbir’s expertise spans all aspects of planning, including scheduling, production/supply planning, demand planning, S&OE, S&OP, and IBP. He has led transformative projects such as SAP IBP implementations across Europe, delivering substantial gains in forecast accuracy and cross-functional alignment. His accomplishments include designing and executing S&OP frameworks that drive efficiency, reducing costs while enhancing customer satisfaction, and mentoring high-performing teams to foster collaboration and long-term success. 

As a certified business coach and advocate of the Theory of Constraints, Shabbir is dedicated to developing future leaders and driving both individual and organizational growth. He holds a degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
